Prickly a web based service
that allows environmental specialists either in your organization, or contracted
by you, to assign all the detail required by the Highways Agency for each environmental
element recorded on or near to their estate. This covers;

- Waste and
Material Flows
The tool allows the environmental
specialist to export the data to your GIS specialist who can then export the data
in the standard proscribed in
DMRB Vol 10 Section 0 Part 4
