We reserve the right not to release a final version of Prickly Software.

You agree that we, at our sole discretion, may elect to bring legal action regarding any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions before the courts of England, the United Kingdom or in any court in any country and you herewith irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts chosen by us.
